Riffin'

There's this band we think is pretty cool, the Drab Doo Riffs, you may have heard of them, if not you must check out this video & witness them for yourselves!

The Doo Riffs are so cool in fact, that we decided to make a dress in their honour.

Unfortunately the cream spotty version is so cool that it's already sold out! However we are making more in bloody Mary- a beautiful tomato colour. So stay tuned.

literary greats

Naming pieces is always fun, this season we decided to name pieces from some classic novels. Why not? A particular favorite is the big woods dress. I absolutely loved the Little House on the Prairie books by Laura Ingalls Wilder when I was growing up. I think Laura or Mary would wear something like the big woods dress if they were alive today, with some lace up boots & a nice braid perhaps?

Alexa Chung's range for Madewell... buttoned up shirts, velvet, spots, soft pinks & browns, it's all so lovely & so wearable! We love Alexa & we love Madewell, what a match made in heaven!
